Appropriate infrastructure and logistics are provided for local organizations under the PSID approach. Appropriate and accessible Training and Resource Centers (TRCs) at the local and national levels can facilitate the whole development process for PWDs as well as for the general community. These centers can act as a focal point for the disability movement in each area and are multi-purpose, covering roles such as center office, training facility, meeting place of local organizations, and service development, delivery and management centers.
To ensure appropriate infrastructure and logistics for local and national organizations, TRCs are established at the local level, and the infrastructural facilities of BPKS are increased at the national level. Appropriate transport and equipment supports are provided for program operations. Up to July 2007, 12 TRCs have been established by BPKS at the district level, and 1 TRC at the national level, for use by PWDs and the general community.
